Enquiry for have a go day Newark Castle May 30 or 31st

Postby archery » Tue Feb 09, 2010 6:59 am

Hi All

The organiser of the Clipstone event has asked if we will do a have a go day (like we did at Clipstone) in the grounds of Newark Castle on either Sunday 30th May or Monday 31st May depending on what can be booked ( will be one day not both). Names down for helping please. Then I can let the organiser know we can do it.

Thanks Wes and Stuart, I will let the organiser know we have sufficient numbers available to 'put on a show'

Count me in for either day. It's only about 8 miles from me.

Can remember you mentioning this day over the weekend. Has a date been set yet? Just something has been suggested for that weekend so if it is Monday then no problem but will have a decision to make if its sunday.

Thank you

Hi All

We have a booking for the Bank Holiday Monday in the grounds of Newark Castle. Bad news Sandra and I will be on Holiday so we need as many SFers as possible to run the have-a-go session. Does anyone apart from Sandra and myself have a CRB check? I am hoping Ed might be willing to run the show as he is local to Newark. I will ask Malcolm if he will attend and carry out the risk assessment.

Take care and please get in touch so we can sort this, good for the Club and enjoyable to all.
